Someone on your team is doing the same task every week that software could do once.
You've probably known this for months.
Muhammad Ali · Full-Stack Developer
I build the systems that replace them — complete web applications, end to end.
The Problem
You've probably known this for months.
So you've kept doing it manually.
The Real Cost
That's 260 hours a year. At $20/hour, that's $5,200 — every year, for a process you could have automated once.
And that's before counting the errors, the delays, and the customers who waited.

What I Build
Complete applications built end to end — database schema, backend logic, REST APIs, and responsive front-end interfaces. One developer, whole stack, no handoffs between teams.
CRMs, inventory systems, booking platforms, and admin dashboards built around how your business actually works — not a template you have to bend to fit.
Payment gateways, document generation, bulk data imports, and third-party API integrations that remove manual work from your operation entirely.
Client Work
Martial arts certification organisation
Affiliates emailed spreadsheets. Staff manually created and emailed back every single certificate. As the affiliate network grew, it stopped scaling.
The entire system, end to end — database schema, backend architecture, PDF generation engine, payment integration, admin panel, and the affiliate-facing front end.
10 document variants across two paper sizes. Role-based access control across three user tiers. PayPal-integrated payment. Bulk import of 96 real affiliate records. Embedded directly into their existing WordPress site, so affiliates never left the page they already knew.
Pixel accuracy. Fonts, spacing, and baseline alignment had to match the client's real certificate artwork exactly — across every template and both paper sizes. That took several rounds of refinement and a full manual QA pass on every single position.
A multi-day manual process became instant, self-serve generation. Zero ongoing manual work for the client's team.
“Professional, patient, diligent, instructional, quick and responsive.”
Products I've Built
Pakistan's most complete test paper generator.
Teachers generate board-style papers in under a minute instead of hours of manual question-setting. Covers Class 9–12 for Punjab and Federal Board syllabi, plus Cambridge and custom curricula.
The part competitors avoid: true right-to-left Urdu rendered in authentic Nastaliq script — not images, not broken fonts. Plus up to 26 shuffled anti-cheating variants with matched answer keys.
Built and run solo. Freemium, with a multi-teacher institute tier.
Multi-tenant WhatsApp Business API platform.
A SaaS layer letting businesses connect and manage WhatsApp Business API messaging without building the integration themselves. Multi-tenant architecture with per-account isolation, so each business account stays separated at the data layer.
Built for businesses that want WhatsApp automation without the overhead of managing Meta's API directly — onboarding, message handling, and account management handled through a single interface.
Fully automated order fulfilment — products deliver to the buyer's account the moment payment confirms, with no manual step.
The engineering problem: reliable automated payment verification across two very different rails — cryptocurrency and manual bank transfers — while keeping delivery instant and fraud-resistant. Wallet-based checkout with automatic balance crediting, admin inventory management, replacement-request workflow.
Runs 24/7 with no manual intervention on standard orders.

softrium.coHow I Work
I confirm requirements in writing and tell you which package fits before you pay — not after.
I work through written communication, not calls. Everything documented, nothing lost in a half-remembered conversation, timezones stop mattering.
Every change goes through version control and gets tested on staging before it touches your live site. No surprises.
Full source code with every project. No licence fees, no lock-in, no dependency on me for future changes.
About
I started building because I kept seeing the same thing: businesses running critical processes on spreadsheets, email chains, and manual copy-paste work — not because they wanted to, but because the software that fit them didn't exist.
Today I run two live SaaS products, a development agency, and take on client work where the problem is interesting and the fit is right. I care more about whether a system actually removes work from someone's day than whether it uses the trendiest framework.
FAQ
Tell me what you need and I'll give you a fixed price before you commit — not an hourly estimate that grows. If the scope isn't clear enough to price, I'll tell you that too.
That's normal and it's fine. Describe how your business currently works and what's frustrating about it. Figuring out what to build is part of the job.
I work asynchronously through written messages. You get documented answers instead of half-remembered call notes, and timezone differences stop being a problem.
Bugs within the warranty period are fixed free. New features are quoted separately — and I'll always tell you clearly which category a request falls into before doing the work.
Completely. Full source code with every project. No licence fees, no lock-in.
Tell me what you need built and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
